* Students should upload their student card and the certificate form from the registration site.
There is a charge for students with a medical qualification.
** The patient association members recommended by APSID/JSIAD members can only participate on March 24th. Please enter the name and affiliation of your recommender and the name of the organization you belong to in the appropriate column.
Please note that if the number of participants of students and patient association members becomes excessive, we may stop accepting applications even during the registration period.
APSID/JSIAD members are required to enter their membership number. If your membership number has not been issued during the enrollment process, please enter 999999999.

Networking Event (tentative)
DATE: Saturday, March 23 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Location: Tokyo Medical & Dental University M&D Tower Reception Hall
Cost: 5,000 JPY per person
APSID or JSIAD members can participate up to 80 people. After reaching 80 people, we will close the registration. The start time and location may change depending on the program and venue.
Payment Procedure
Participants from outside Japan can only pay in Japanese Yen by credit card.
The due date for Early Bird Registration payment is December 31, 2023. Please note that payments will not be accepted after this date.
Confirmation
Soon after registration, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive it, please contact the Management Office
(jsiad-apsid2024@supportoffice.jp).
Cancellation
Please note that no refunds will be made after your registration payment has been completed.

We have reserved nearby hotels for participants. If you would like to book one of the hotels listed below, please press the button.
